Hamilton Gutter Guard Installation

We recently had the opportunity to perform a gutter guard installation on an administrative building in rural Hamilton. We were originally called to the site for a squirrel removal and noticed the gutters were badly clogged and the manager on site explained they pay for yearly gutter cleaning. After explaining that installing a gutter guard system by Alu-Rex would alleviate the need for any future cleanings and doing some simple math she quickly realized it was a sound investment.

First the gutter cleaning. After removing all of the large debris such as leaves and twigs we rinse the gutters clean with water. We also made sure to check each downspout has good flow and removed some debris from one of the s bends. Now the gutter cleaning has been done its time to install the leaf guard. Each 7 1/2′ piece of gutter guard is secured by at least four screws onto the top of the trough overlapping the previous length of gutter guard. All troughs now have a leaf guard in place and this business is now saving $500 per year in gutter cleaning costs.
