Though when they arrived the raccoons had left, the gentlemen were kind and had a look into our damper and chimney to give us the all clear. Called for a mouse 🐭 eviction estimate. Stu and his crew showed up when they said they would for the estimate, very courteous and professional. Booked them to complete the job, same thing, showed up on time and got the job done. They’ll be back in a month or two to remove the one way doors and all should be well. I used this company back in September when I had squirrels getting into my roof. The job was further complicated by unruly and obnoxious neighbours who did not want us to use the driveway at all to complete the work on our home.The worker came promptly and they were informed of this issue, after having to turn away another service person. They arrived promptly surveyed the area and gave appropriate remedy. They had the RIGHT ATTITUDE and did not seem phased when said individuals came out being belligerent in attempts to stop them from working.They just did not engage in the none-sense- which is the right thing to do! Despite me having the right to work on my property. In the end, the owner completed the job and we were SO GRATEFUL. I believe his name was Stew- great guy! There is a reason he has 5 star google reviews.

I contacted Bad Company Wildlife as I had a problem with squirrels which I thought were either in the fascia or attic of my home.Stu was very prompt in returning my call.Stu arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and assessed the problem very quickly. We had a raccoon take up residence under the solar panels on our roof. Bad Company came and installed cages around the edges of the panels.
Unfortunately, the raccoon was there when they did the installation so they installed a temporary one-way door to allow the raccoon to escape.
The raccoon was persistent in wanting to stay but Bad Company return to our house to monitor the situation and to eventually entice the raccoon out.
Their dedication to getting the job completed when faced with a difficult situation impressed me and so I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

I have nothing but positives to say about Bad Company. I had an issue with a pesky skunk and raccoon who have been trading off living under my shed for a while. With a young child, the last thing I wanted was for him to get sprayed by a skunk (or bothered by a raccoon).
From the first call right until when they finished the job, I have been nothing short of impressed. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, were super communicative, extremely professional and very speedy to complete their jobs. As well, they are very respectful of Covid rules/regulations.
The guys who came were super professional, provided me a quote on the spot with a detailed breakdown of services and were able to schedule a time to perform the services.
The work itself was fantastic. Not only was there a slope and rather tight area in which they had to work, but there was existing masonry that had to be dealt with. The guys got to work, did a ton of work extremely quickly and effectively, cleaned up the mess and actually made it look good. They dug down, installed a mesh to prevent animal entry, installed a one way door and actually improved the aesthetics of the shed when doing it.
I highly recommend Bad Company for any sort of Wildlife Eviction need. I can’t vouch for their services with insects and the like, but I know that if I do have a problem, I’m calling them first. Thanks Stu and team, I really appreciate your work!

We had a European starling (size of robin ) stuck in our rain gutter. We heard panicking and scratching.
We called Bad company and they came to help. Missie, a very dynamic woman came to the rescue. She approached the situation with so much finesse. Looking to help, all the while keeping the bird safe !! They rescued the bird. We called the bird lucky :)).
Day 2: the same bird came back and lodged itself in the same place. Matt (owner) came and rescued the day.
Now we have blocked the opening. If you are having wildlife issues. Don’t look any further.
This company is professional and they approach any animal rescue with incredible sensitivity.

A few weeks back, we woke up to what sounded like a small animal in the attic. Contacted Matt at Bad Company and from the first conversation, estimate and completion of work, I could see that Matt and his crew, Julian and Chase were very knowledgeable. I ended up having a bird’s nest in my soffit and what a nest it was. It needed to be removed and relocated professionally and humanely, which they did. It took a couple of trips back to my home to complete the work because the baby birds needed to fledge and then patch work of the hole needed to be done. Every time I had them over, they were great and very friendly. I would highly recommend Bad Company to anyone who needs to humanely evict critters, off their property. Good job guys!

I am relatively new to home ownership and tried for a long time to convince myself that I did not have animals in my attic…that was a mistake. I finally made the decision following the December/January holiday season to call Bad Company. The weather was brutal, but Mike and his associate came out on a horrifically cold day and spent hours on my roof installing a one-way door where obvious entry had been gained through a plastic roof vent and then covering all points of entry on my roof with galvanized wire. Mike explained that it was good to get the squirrels out before any babies arrived (likely at least a month later) and that following the installation of all the wire I would have a 10 year guarantee against return of the squirrels or every raccoons. After about a day or two, there were no further noises in my attic and the squirrels had gone. Mike returned to replace the one-way door with another wire covered vent and did an inspection of my attic. He took some photos to show me the amount of squirrel dropping that had accumulated and that the blown in insulation has been compromised in many areas. I am happy to know that I won’t be going through this aggravation again for some time. I now have to replace the blown in insulation following removal of the compromised fiber glass. So moral of the story – when you hear noises, get right on it. Mike and his crew are fast and knowledgeable. They have everything required to do the job quickly, cleanly and professionally and they are just downright nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike came out last week as my children heard an animal in their ceiling. He was here within an hour and a half, did a thorough inspection, and advised me that it was neither a squirrel or a racoon as I suspected it was. This man’s level of integrity and honesty blew me away! He could have very easily told me I had an issue and needed this, that and the other but he did not! He advised me it was most likely a mouse and offered advise. All of this as part of his first visit, no charge. Called for a mouse 🐭 eviction estimate. Stu and his crew showed up when they said they would for the estimate, very courteous and professional. I used this company back in September when I had squirrels getting into my roof. The job was further complicated by unruly and obnoxious neighbours who did not want us to use the driveway at all to complete the work on our home.The worker came promptly and they were informed of this issue, after having to turn away another service person. They arrived promptly surveyed the area and gave appropriate remedy. They had the RIGHT ATTITUDE and did not seem phased when said individuals came out being belligerent in attempts to stop them from working.They just did not engage in the none-sense- which is the right thing to do! Despite me having the right to work on my property. In the end, the owner completed the job and we were SO GRATEFUL. I believe his name was Stew- great guy! There is a reason he has 5 star google reviews.

We had a raccoon take up residence under the solar panels on our roof. Bad Company came and installed cages around the edges of the panels.
Unfortunately, the raccoon was there when they did the installation so they installed a temporary one-way door to allow the raccoon to escape.
The raccoon was persistent in wanting to stay but Bad Company return to our house to monitor the situation and to eventually entice the raccoon out.
Their dedication to getting the job completed when faced with a difficult situation impressed me and so I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

I have nothing but positives to say about Bad Company. I had an issue with a pesky skunk and raccoon who have been trading off living under my shed for a while. With a young child, the last thing I wanted was for him to get sprayed by a skunk (or bothered by a raccoon).
From the first call right until when they finished the job, I have been nothing short of impressed. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, were super communicative, extremely professional and very speedy to complete their jobs. As well, they are very respectful of Covid rules/regulations.
The guys who came were super professional, provided me a quote on the spot with a detailed breakdown of services and were able to schedule a time to perform the services.
The work itself was fantastic. Not only was there a slope and rather tight area in which they had to work, but there was existing masonry that had to be dealt with. The guys got to work, did a ton of work extremely quickly and effectively, cleaned up the mess and actually made it look good. They dug down, installed a mesh to prevent animal entry, installed a one way door and actually improved the aesthetics of the shed when doing it.

We had a European starling (size of robin ) stuck in our rain gutter. We heard panicking and scratching.
We called Bad company and they came to help. Missie, a very dynamic woman came to the rescue. She approached the situation with so much finesse. Looking to help, all the while keeping the bird safe !! They rescued the bird. We called the bird lucky :)).
Day 2: the same bird came back and lodged itself in the same place. Matt (owner) came and rescued the day.
Now we have blocked the opening. If you are having wildlife issues. Don’t look any further.
This company is professional and they approach any animal rescue with incredible sensitivity.

A few weeks back, we woke up to what sounded like a small animal in the attic. Contacted Matt at Bad Company and from the first conversation, estimate and completion of work, I could see that Matt and his crew, Julian and Chase were very knowledgeable. I ended up having a bird’s nest in my soffit and what a nest it was. It needed to be removed and relocated professionally and humanely, which they did. It took a couple of trips back to my home to complete the work because the baby birds needed to fledge and then patch work of the hole needed to be done. I am relatively new to home ownership and tried for a long time to convince myself that I did not have animals in my attic…that was a mistake. I finally made the decision following the December/January holiday season to call Bad Company. The weather was brutal, but Mike and his associate came out on a horrifically cold day and spent hours on my roof installing a one-way door where obvious entry had been gained through a plastic roof vent and then covering all points of entry on my roof with galvanized wire. Mike explained that it was good to get the squirrels out before any babies arrived (likely at least a month later) and that following the installation of all the wire I would have a 10 year guarantee against return of the squirrels or every raccoons. After about a day or two, there were no further noises in my attic and the squirrels had gone. Mike returned to replace the one-way door with another wire covered vent and did an inspection of my attic. He took some photos to show me the amount of squirrel dropping that had accumulated and that the blown in insulation has been compromised in many areas. I am happy to know that I won’t be going through this aggravation again for some time. I now have to replace the blown in insulation following removal of the compromised fiber glass. So moral of the story – when you hear noises, get right on it. Mike and his crew are fast and knowledgeable. They have everything required to do the job quickly, cleanly and professionally and they are just downright nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike came out last week as my children heard an animal in their ceiling. He was here within an hour and a half, did a thorough inspection, and advised me that it was neither a squirrel or a racoon as I suspected it was. This man’s level of integrity and honesty blew me away! He could have very easily told me I had an issue and needed this, that and the other but he did not! He advised me it was most likely a mouse and offered advise. All of this as part of his first visit, no charge.
